Today, between Ivan Troitsky – the captain of amateur club “White Sharks” (Ivanovo) and club “VVA-Saracens Moscow region” was signed a contract of employment. In the season 2015 Troitsky joins the ranks of Monino team.
Head coach of “VVA-Saracens Moscow region” Nikolay Nerush commented on the decision of the coaching staff:
- At the end of last year, Ivan “knocking” in many clubs of the Russian Premier League. In January, we were invited him to watch and tested. He has good physical performance, but the main thing that I saw in him – a great desire to play. Moreover, it is not a momentary desire, and conscious purpose to which he was for many years, speaking for his amateur club in Ivanovo.
At the beginning of the year was difficult for us to give him something to ensure the financial plan because were budget cuts. Now we were able to find an opportunity, and concluded with Ivan contract until the end of this season.
- In what position Ivan will be play?
- As long as we view as the player of the third line. He will also participate in the second round of the Russian championship rugby-7, which will be declared for the team “YOR”.
- How team players embraced the newcomer?
- The guys took him well, help, suggest. I know that Ivan is a good relationship with Vlad Korshunov – they had known each over before. So, I think the period of adaptation to the new team will take great!
