The head coach “VVA-Saracens Moscow region” Nikolay Nerush told to the club press service about results of two last matches and the forthcoming matches with “Slava”:
- Those minimum tasks which needed to be solved in ours “the Siberian tour” – we solved. Unfortunately, lost “Krsany Yar” 42:26, but put four trys and gain a bonus point.
That game for us especially didn’t solve anything, probably, affected a team spirit: we passed trys, then “caught up”. Game was interesting, but many mistakes in protection were made.
So left that this year we played with the Krasnoyarsk teams better on a visit, than at home. If matches of the house it developed, we could fight for the first medals of the championship, but it didn’t turn out …
In Novokuznetsk the team played is sure though there was a tiresome long moving by bus of their Krasnoyarsk. The main task was to beat “Metallurg”.
The match developed not easy: we put two attempts, then relaxed, having passed. But a situation controlled, having finished a match three more attempts and win 17:36.
The forthcoming match with “Slava” is, first of all, fight for a field on which the final for the third place will be played. “Slava” now in a good form. Fight will be difficult. But we are ready to play and win.
